All entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States plus District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.

Entry: You will be required to supply a valid name, valid email address for which you are the user, as well as answer the question. Limit: One entry per day per person or email address. All entries discovered to have been made in violation of these Official Rules will be deleted.

All eligible entries received during the period of the contest will be entered into a random drawing, to be conducted on or about January 8, 2009 by the Host, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the contest. Prizes will be awarded either by the Host or by its affiliated merchants in a timely manner. The Host reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

Prize winners will be notified by their registered e-mail. Winners must respond within a timely manner (3 days) with their valid shipping
address, or the prize is forfeit and a new winner will be selected.

By accepting a prize, all winners agree that the Host may post his/her name on the "Previous Winners" page and
in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration or compensation, unless
prohibited by law.

By accepting a prize, all winners agree that the Host, affiliated merchants, and all of the officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents of the Host, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held
harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including
(without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to
property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or
participation in this promotion.
